In a stunning performance and prowess displayed, the renown Elizabeth Temitayo Oshoba who hails from Ogun State, Nigeria has won a crucial boxing bout in the United Kingdom.


She was born to Nigerian parents on December 23rd, 1999, in the Agbado area of Lagos State. Her family later moved to Tigbo-Ilu in Ogun State, where she completed her secondary education.


The amazon and fearless tigress seem undisputed in the boxing ring whenever she faces her opponents.


However, Oshoba defeated Britain's Chelsey Arnell via a third-round technical knockout at Olympia London in Kensington. She has been a standout in all her boxing career.


Meanwhile, prior to her stardom and limelight prominence; the multiple National champion and a 2022 Commonwealth Games silver medalist; has made significant strides in her career.


She gained prominence after winning IBO Female Super-Featherweight Champion in November 2023; beating Martina Righi.


Incredibly, Elizabeth Oshoba over the years has won major titles as a notable boxer; IBF International Super-Featherweight Champion; (WBC) Silver Featherweight Champion; WBC Silver Featherweight Champion: Won in January 2024 by knocking out Michela Braga in the 10th round.
 

Amazingly, her career reached a historic milestone in 2024 when she became the first Nigerian woman to secure the World Boxing Council (WBC)Silver Featherweight Championship in Copenhagen, Denmark, by defeating Italy’s boxer.

Excitedly, now ranked number four in the World, is a Bristol resident in the United Kingdom. And the victory marked her successful debut under Most Valuable Promotions (MVP). Following the win, she called out current IBF featherweight champion Nina Meinke for a future title bout.
